REFUND POLICY

At Spartora Trader LLC, we value transparency and fairness. Because our services provide immediate access to proprietary trading systems and digital products, refunds are limited. This policy clearly explains when refunds may and may not apply.
1. Evaluation Program Fees
All purchases of Evaluation Programs are final and non-refundable once account credentials have been issued.
Refunds are not available in cases of user error, unmet trading objectives, or dissatisfaction with program performance.
2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Rule
Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service.
Technical Delivery Failure: If our systems fail to deliver your login credentials or access within 72 hours of purchase, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
3. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests made before account credentials are issued will receive a full refund.
Once credentials are delivered, cancellations are not possible.
4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
By purchasing our services, you agree that all disputes will be resolved directly with Spartora Trader LLC.
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may affect your eligibility for future programs.
5. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund under the exceptions above, you must:
Contact us within 7 business days of the transaction.
Provide your order ID, transaction receipt, and reason for the request.
Allow 5–7 business days for our support team to review and respond.
