All fees paid to Spartora Trader LLC — including evaluation fees, activation fees, reset fees, and direct account fees — are generally non-refundable once a purchase has been completed and account access granted. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a digital service that is immediately available upon payment, and you expressly waive any right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
The one-time evaluation fee and the $75 activation fee are refunded automatically with the first eligible payout on the resulting Simulated Funded Account, subject to all of the following conditions:
This refund is applied as a credit within the payout — not as a separate transaction. Breach of any trading rule at any time — even after initially qualifying for a refund — voids the refund entitlement permanently.
Fees paid for Direct Funded Accounts are strictly non-refundable once activated and access has been provided, regardless of whether the Participant has traded. Account access constitutes full delivery of the purchased digital service.
Limited Technical Exception: If a Participant cannot access their activated account due to a verified technical error on the Company's side and submits a support request within 24 hours of purchase, the Company may — at its sole discretion — issue a credit, re-activation, or partial refund. Such exceptions are not guaranteed.
Reset fees of $60.00 for Evaluation Account resets are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. The reset fee is earned by the Company upon account reset, regardless of subsequent performance. No exceptions apply.
If charged more than once for the same order due to a verified technical error, contact [email protected] within 7 days with proof of the duplicate charge. We will investigate and refund any confirmed duplicate within 10 business days.
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting Spartora Trader support and allowing a minimum of 5 business days for resolution is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in:
Our records — including purchase logs, trading data, IP logs, and communications — constitute sufficient evidence to contest any fraudulent chargeback. By agreeing to our Terms, you commit to resolving all billing issues through our support channel first.
Accounts purchased using promotional codes or during sales are subject to the same refund policy as full-price purchases. No additional refund rights are granted based on promotional pricing. The Company reserves the right to charge the full price or terminate the account if a discount code was applied fraudulently.
